ERICA MORGAN
As an Atlanta native, Erica has always had a passion for seeing her community progress and thrive. Through her volunteer work and youth mentorship, she has been able to find a way to bridge the gap between her love for her career, architecture, and encouraging young women to pursue their dream jobs.
Erica received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia in 2011. After working in digital advertising and marketing for roughly five years, she decided to switch gears and pursue a career in something that not only provided a creative outlet, but offered a challenge, as well.
Soon after receiving her Masters degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017, Erica began her first job as an Intern. She is currently an Architectural Designer with a focus in on- and off-campus student housing, hospitality, and historic preservation. In her free time, she enjoys completing DIY home projects, baking, and spending quality time with both family and friends.

JESSICA BELL
Jessica is a highly visual learner who thinks in 3-D. Instead of being entangled in the details, she prefers to focus on the comprehensive design of spaces. This appreciation for overarching design concepts and packages contributes to her love for BIM and 3-D modeling software, where design projects can come alive with every aspect integrated, from structural and mechanical systems down to materials and textures of surfaces.
As a licensed Architect and Interior Designer, Jessica leads design projects across multiple states, while maintaining certification as a LEED Green Associate and active member of the National Organization for Minority Architects (NOMA). With a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Interior Design, she strives to create seamless interior and architectural solutions that coordinate and complement one another. Having a background in hospitality, multi-family residential, and higher education design, Jessica brings a variety of perspectives to projects to develop engaging interior spaces that enhance user experience.
As a long-term goal, Jessica hopes to empower marginalized and under-represented people and communities through thoughtful, meaningful, and transformational design.

TREMAYNE PERRY
Tremayne brings a diverse perspective to the board with vast financial expertise and strategy along with a natural love for design. Serving as the Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Homrich Berg, his responsibilities include setting financial controls, developing financial reporting packages, ad hoc analysis of new ventures and acquisitions as well as budgeting and forecasting for the firm.
Tremayne has an extensive background in wealth management including 16 years at SunTrust as CFO of GenSpring Family Office and providing financial planning support to the Institutional Investment Solutions, Sports and Entertainment, International Wealth Management, and Medical Specialty groups. In addition to his wealth management background, Tremayne has provided financial support to the nearly $300 billion dollar consumer deposit portfolio at Truist Bank. Prior to joining SunTrust, he also spent time in Credit Services at The Home Depot and Treasury Management Sales at Wachovia.
Tremayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University. Originally from Augusta, GA, he has resided the majority of his life in Atlanta and is active in the community. In addition to serving as a board member for BuildHER Studio, he currently serves as a director for Black Teacher Collaborative and a trustee on the board of the Hammonds House Museum. In his spare time, Tremayne likes to travel, play tennis, and run half marathons. He also has a passion for coffee and wine; you can find him at his favorite spot, BUZZ Coffee and Winehouse, on the weekends!

ALEXANDRIA DAVIS
Alex considers herself an artist first, and has a strong interest in blurring the lines between art and architecture. She enjoys early conceptual design and representing those ideas graphically, both by hand and by using creative software.
Although raised in Atlanta, she relocated to the DC area after earning her Master's in Architecture. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate studies at the historically Black institution of Florida A & M University, where she first developed her appreciation for all things architecture. With years of experience on hospitality projects, Alex enjoys any opportunity to combine well-designed spaces with efforts related to empowering her local community.
As a member of the AIA and the National Organization of Minority Architects, she loves to connect with and learn from other professionals in design-related fields. When she isn't in the office, Alex spends time biking and being a tourist within the many neighborhoods of DC.
